Pearl Women’s Center diagnoses and treats a variety of conditions which can cause infertility. Our practitioners use a systematic approach consisting of a thorough history and physical exam, laboratory data, and imaging to identify the cause of infertility. We then recommend management, either with medical intervention or surgery.
Many infertile patients require surgical intervention for problems such as fibroids, endometriosis, or fallopian tube disease. Pearl Women’s Center’s Medical Director, Dr. Richard Rosenfield, has extensive training in infertility surgery from Stanford University, including robotic surgery for removal of fibroids, excision of endometriosis, and hysteroscopic surgery to remove lesions from within the uterine cavity.
For patients requiring Assisted Reproductive Technology, we work closely with Oregon Reproductive Medicine to help our infertile patients achieve a successful pregnancy.
